    5. Work Product, Contributions, and Prior Work Innovations

    Any work product, content, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, templates, processes, ideas, inventions, improvements, or innovations that you create, contribute, upload, or submit using our services, or in connection with any work performed for or with Best Life Foundry or its affiliated entities — including any such materials or innovations created prior to your acceptance of these Terms ("Prior Work Innovations") — are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Best Life Foundry.

    To the extent any right, title, or interest in such materials vests in you under applicable law, you hereby irrevocably assign to Best Life Foundry all right, title, and interest in and to such materials, including all intellectual property rights therein, and you waive any moral rights or similar rights you may have in them to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    You acknowledge and agree that your use of our services does not grant you any ownership interest in the services, the applications listed in Section 2, or any innovations, improvements, or derivative works relating to them, and that you have no right to any compensation, royalty, equity, or proceeds in connection with any sale, financing, merger, acquisition, or other transaction involving Best Life Foundry or any of its applications.

    6. Feedback

    If you provide us with any suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our services, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you, and you assign to Best Life Foundry all rights in such feedback.

    7. Indemnification

These Terms, together with any separate written agreements you have signed with Best Life Foundry, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services. If you have signed a separate agreement with Best Life Foundry (such as an independent contractor, employment, or IP assignment agreement), that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.

    If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties
